Uma c\u00e9lula eucari\u00f3tica possui verdadeiro n\u00facleo; ou seja, possui um envolt\u00f3rio nuclear que protege o material gen\u00e9tico;[1] que cont\u00e9m um ou mais nucl\u00e9olos. \u00c9 constitu\u00edda por muitas organelas citoplasm\u00e1ticas, ao contr\u00e1rio das c\u00e9lulas procari\u00f3ticas. De acordo com os cientistas, as c\u00e9lulas eucari\u00f3ticas surgiram a partir de um processo evolutivo das suas cong\u00e9neres procari\u00f3ticas, que s\u00e3o c\u00e9lulas relativamente mais simples a n\u00edvel estrutural e funcional. Esse conjunto pode ser comparado em sua forma a uma pilha de pratos, sendo que cada uma dessas pilhas de Golgi cont\u00e9m, geralmente, 4 a 6 cisternas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Na maioria das c\u00e9lulas vegetais, encontram-se centenas de pilhas independentes espalhadas pr\u00f3ximas ao ret\u00edculo endoplasm\u00e1tico. Essa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o depende dos microt\u00fabulos, e em caso de despolimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o o aparelho de Golgi \u00e9 disperso em v\u00e1rias pilhas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Outros nomes:<\/span> Aparelho de Golgi, complexo golgiense, dictiossoma ou golgiossomo\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace; font-size: 10pt;\">A estrutura foi descoberta ocasionalmente em 1898 pelo m\u00e9dico Camillo Golgi, em uma pesquisa sobre o sistema nervoso. Essas prote\u00ednas s\u00e3o modificadas e destinadas \u00e0 secre\u00e7\u00e3o por exocitose ou para uso na c\u00e9lula.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u00edntese de <span style=\"color: #000000;\">polissacar\u00eddeos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">: no complexo de Golgi, alguns polissacar\u00eddeos s\u00e3o sintetizados. Nos animais, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a organela e os polissacar\u00eddeos se d\u00e1 na s\u00edntese de glicosaminoglicanas, atuando como anticoagulantes. Nos vegetais, faz-se necess\u00e1ria a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da lamela para separa\u00e7\u00e3o das duas c\u00e9lulas ap\u00f3s a mitose. Essa \u00e9 criada a partir da secre\u00e7\u00e3o de pectina sintetizada pelo Golgi, formando a parede celular dos vegetais.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o do acrossomo<\/strong>: o aparelho de Golgi possui uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o muito importante no fen\u00f4meno da fecunda\u00e7\u00e3o, pois \u00e9 dele que surge o acrossomo, ves\u00edcula que surge numa mudan\u00e7a na matura\u00e7\u00e3o dos espermatoz\u00f3ides. Sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 permitir a entrada do material gen\u00e9tico paterno no ov\u00f3cito secund\u00e1rio.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Glicosila\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: processo de adi\u00e7\u00e3o enzim\u00e1tica a pontos espec\u00edficos na superf\u00edcie de prote\u00ednas e lip\u00eddios, que, conforme a especificidade da mol\u00e9cula org\u00e2nica, pode ocorrer tanto no ret\u00edculo endoplasm\u00e1tico quanto no Complexo de Golgi.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 envolvido no <strong>transporte de lip\u00eddios<\/strong> e na <strong>forma\u00e7\u00e3o de lisossomos<\/strong>. As rea\u00e7\u00f5es enzim\u00e1ticas dentro das pilhas de Golgi ocorrem exclusivamente perto de suas superf\u00edcies de membrana, onde as enzimas est\u00e3o ancoradas.
