text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/phytokeys.pensoft.net\/article\/62671\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PhytoKeys<\/a><\/span>. Todas est\u00e3o no g\u00eanero <em>Lepanthes<\/em>, um grupo muito diversificado, com cerca de 1.100 esp\u00e9cies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/conservacao-dos-beija-flores-do-brasil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos beija-flores do Brasil<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/bercarios-de-novas-plantas\/\">Ber\u00e7\u00e1rios de novas plantas<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acordo com os crit\u00e9rios da <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/iucn\/\">IUCN<\/a>, duas das orqu\u00eddeas foram previamente avaliadas como criticamente amea\u00e7adas. Tal classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 preocupante, uma vez que o habitat dessas orqu\u00eddeas est\u00e1 pressionado por diversas amea\u00e7as.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace; font-size: 12pt;\">Rec\u00e9m descritas e criticamente amea\u00e7adas<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A <em>Lepanthes microprosartima<\/em>, \u00e9 uma das que foram consideradas muito raras, porque apenas 40 plantas foram encontrada em tr\u00eas anos de buscas nas encostas do vulc\u00e3o Pichincha, entre 3.200 e 3.800 metros acima do n\u00edvel do mar. Inc\u00eandios e pecu\u00e1ria s\u00e3o algumas das amea\u00e7as para a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dessa orqu\u00eddea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 175px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/c.tenor.com\/EoIouJfYoJcAAAAC\/hummingbird.gif?resize=175%2C120&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Hummingbird GIFs | Tenor\" width=\"175\" height=\"120\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">O estudo de beija-flores foi lan\u00e7ado em 2017 por Catherine H. Graham<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A terceira esp\u00e9cie encontrada foi a orqu\u00eddea L<em>epanthes caranqui<\/em>, bela orqu\u00eddea de flores amarelas e vermelhas encontrada no leste do vulc\u00e3o, e cujo nome homenageia a cultura caranqui, antiga ocupante da regi\u00e3o onde nasce a planta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Foi encontrada por pesquisadores da Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Equador, avistada ao longo das margens das estradas no mato da prov\u00edncia de Imbabura, e nas florestas montanhosas na zona tamp\u00e3o do Parque Nacional Cayambe-Coca, onde cresce principalmente em troncos de \u00e1rvores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Descobertas assim s\u00e3o essenciais para proteger esp\u00e9cies e habitats cujo valor seria desconhecido se n\u00e3o fosse a ci\u00eancia a revelar a biodiversidade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Fontes e refer\u00eancias:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: #000000;\">Suarez, F.
