Estes, dividem-se basicamente em duas categorias: podem ser\u00a0compostos ou simples: o\u00a0composto tem duas ou mais lentes associadas; o simples \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por apenas uma lente c\u00e9lulas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O mais comum (e o primeiro a ser inventado) \u00e9 o \u00f3tico, que usa luz para a imagem da amostra. Todavia, credita-se que tenha sido inventado em 1590 por Hans Janssen e seu filho Zacharias, dois holandeses fabricantes de \u00f3culos.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/documentario-a-aventura-do-antibiotico\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Document\u00e1rio A Aventura do Antibi\u00f3tico<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/video-incriveis-imagens-de-microscopio\/\">V\u00eddeo Incr\u00edveis imagens de microsc\u00f3pio<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Compuseram um artefato rudimentar munido de um sistema de lentes, que permitia a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e a observa\u00e7\u00e3o de pequenas estruturas e objetos com razo\u00e1vel nitidez. Nesses aparelhos ele observou detalhadamente diversos tipos de material biol\u00f3gico, como embri\u00f5es de plantas, os gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos do sangue e os espermatozoides presentes no s\u00eamen dos animais. Foi tamb\u00e9m Leeuwenhoek quem descobriu a exist\u00eancia dos micr\u00f3bios, como eram antigamente chamados os seres microsc\u00f3picos, hoje conhecidos como micro-organismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O primeiro relato detalhado da observa\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0interior de um tecido vivo baseado no uso desse instrumento n\u00e3o apareceu at\u00e9 1644, em<em> L&#8217;occhio della mosca<\/em> de Giambattista Odierna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A maior contribui\u00e7\u00e3o veio de Antonie van Leeuwenhoek que conseguiu at\u00e9 300 vezes amplia\u00e7\u00e3o. Ent\u00e3o, Van Leeuwenhoek descobriu gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos e espermatozoides e ajudou a popularizar a microscopia como uma t\u00e9cnica. Ernst Ruska iniciou o desenvolvimento do primeiro microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f4nico em 1931, que foi o microsc\u00f3pio eletr\u00f4nico de transmiss\u00e3o (TEM). O m.\u00a0eletr\u00f4nico de transmiss\u00e3o funciona no mesmo princ\u00edpio que um m. \u00f3tico, mas usa el\u00e9trons no lugar da luz e eletro\u00edm\u00e3s n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o lugar das lentes de vidro.
