Em paralelo, a noradrenalina intensifica a excita\u00e7\u00e3o e provoca sintomas cl\u00e1ssicos do \u201ccora\u00e7\u00e3o acelerado\u201d. J\u00e1 a serotonina, em n\u00edveis reduzidos, pode explicar a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o obsessiva em fases iniciais da paix\u00e3o (Fisher et al., 2006).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-cec0f5dba597edfbb7436f7168effa58\">Contudo, n\u00e3o apenas a qu\u00edmica explica o amor. Estruturas cerebrais tamb\u00e9m participam ativamente. O c\u00f3rtex pr\u00e9-frontal avalia riscos e expectativas, enquanto a am\u00edgdala processa emo\u00e7\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, a \u00ednsula, regi\u00e3o ligada \u00e0 percep\u00e7\u00e3o visceral, traduz as rea\u00e7\u00f5es corporais em sentimentos conscientes. Neurochemicals and hormones such as dopamine and oxytocin are studied along with a variety of interrelated brain systems which produce the psychological experience and behaviors of romantic love.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;The study of romantic love is still in its infancy.[1] As of 2021, there were a total of 42 biological studies on romantic love. Neuroscientists currently believe that the basic emotions arise from distinct circuits (or systems) of neural activity; that humans share several of these primary emotion-motivation circuits with other mammals; and that these brain systems evolved to direct behavior [&amp;#8230;].
