O objetivo desta t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 identificar o gene que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por um determinado fen\u00f3tipo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Muitas vezes usa-se um agente mutag\u00eanico para acelerar este processo.
