font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Super-resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de microsc\u00f3pios<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211; V\u00eddeo Incr\u00edveis imagens de microsc\u00f3pio<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A ascens\u00e3o da microscopia de fluoresc\u00eancia levou ao desenvolvimento de um grande projeto de microsc\u00f3pio moderno, o microsc\u00f3pio confocal. O princ\u00edpio foi patenteado em 1957 por Marvin Minsky, embora a tecnologia laser limitasse a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica da t\u00e9cnica. N\u00e3o foi at\u00e9 1978, quando Thomas e Christoph Cremer desenvolveram o primeiro microsc\u00f3pio de leitura laser pr\u00e1tico e a t\u00e9cnica ganhou popularidade rapidamente na d\u00e9cada de 1980.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Muitas pesquisas atuais (no in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XXI) em t\u00e9cnicas de microsc\u00f3pio \u00f3ptico est\u00e3o focadas no desenvolvimento de an\u00e1lises de super-resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras com marca\u00e7\u00e3o fluorescente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o estruturada pode melhorar a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o em torno de duas a quatro vezes e as t\u00e9cnicas como a stimulated Emission Depletion microscopy (microscopia de esgotamento de emiss\u00e3o estimulada) est\u00e3o se aproximando da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos microsc\u00f3pios eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00eddeo Incr\u00edveis imagens de microsc\u00f3pio: O olho humano tem um limite de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,2\u00a0mm.
