O m\u00e9dico e o microscopista italiano, Marcello Malpighi, foi um dos dois fundadores desta ci\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Em 1671, ele publicou seu <em>Anatomia Plantarum<\/em>, o primeiro grande avan\u00e7o na fisiog\u00e2mica vegetal desde Arist\u00f3teles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O outro fundador foi o m\u00e9dico brit\u00e2nico Neemias Grew. Ele publicou uma ideia de uma hist\u00f3ria filos\u00f3fica das plantas em 1672 e a anatomia das plantas em 1682. Grew \u00e9 creditado com o reconhecimento das c\u00e9lulas vegetais, embora ele as chamasse de &#8220;ves\u00edculas&#8221; e &#8220;bexigas&#8221;. Ele identificou e descreveu corretamente os \u00f3rg\u00e3os sexuais das plantas (flores) e suas partes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;\"><strong>Import\u00e2ncia do estudo da Anatomia vegetal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hoje, a anatomia das plantas \u00e9 frequentemente investigada ao n\u00edvel celular e muitas vezes envolve o corte de tecidos e <a href=\"http:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/microscopia\/\">microscopia<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ffffff;\">Esta \u00e1rea da bot\u00e2nica tem como objetivo mapear e compreender o funcionamento das plantas.
