Historicamente, a Microbiologia desempenhou um papel central em seu desenvolvimento, j\u00e1 que muitas das descobertas fundamentais da Biologia Molecular surgiram de experimentos realizados com bact\u00e9rias, fungos e v\u00edrus, em especial os <strong>bacteri\u00f3fagos <\/strong>\u2014 v\u00edrus especializados em infectar c\u00e9lulas bacterianas, que forneceram modelos experimentais valiosos para o estudo da express\u00e3o g\u00eanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-62c8ff258becaa14231b76d833f29c45\">As metodologias utilizadas neste campo evolu\u00edram consideravelmente ao longo das \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas. Essa t\u00e9cnica permite n\u00e3o apenas a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de fragmentos gen\u00e9ticos, mas tamb\u00e9m a an\u00e1lise de sua integridade e pureza. Desse modo, incorporando m\u00e9todos da <a href=\"https:\/\/biologo.com.br\/bio\/biologia-computacional\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Biologia Computacional<\/span><\/a> e da Bioinform\u00e1tica, que possibilitam a an\u00e1lise em larga escala de sequ\u00eancias gen\u00e9ticas, estruturas moleculares e padr\u00f5es de express\u00e3o g\u00eanica. Tais recursos t\u00eam sido fundamentais para o crescimento da Gen\u00e9tica Molecular.
