O advento se deve a prote\u00edna Cas9, presente no sistema imunol\u00f3gico &#8220;CRISPR&#8221; da bact\u00e9ria <em>Streptococcus<\/em> que coopera com o RNA guia e funciona como uma tesoura. Este trabalho pode levar a novos medicamentos para interromper as infec\u00e7\u00f5es sem causar danos aos tecidos do corpo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Doudna cresceu no Hava\u00ed.
