Com essas novas t\u00e9cnicas, a apar\u00eancia dos tecidos pode ser examinada, permitindo a compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre tecidos saud\u00e1veis e doentes, o que \u00e9 bastante importante para a efici\u00eancia dos diagn\u00f3sticos e progn\u00f3sticos cl\u00ednicos.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tipos de tecido<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os animais s\u00e3o formados, pelo menos, de dois tipos de tecido: o tecido epitelial, com fun\u00e7\u00e3o de revestimento e prote\u00e7\u00e3o, e o tecido conjuntivo, com fun\u00e7\u00e3o principal de preenchimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Um exemplo de animais formados de apenas dois tecidos s\u00e3o os por\u00edferos. Al\u00e9m disso, os animais podem apresentar ainda mais dois tipos de tecidos, o tecido muscular e o tecido nervoso, como \u00e9 no caso dos seres humanos e na maiorias dos outros animais.
